SatinSilkLace has been created to provide all brides, no matter what their budget, the wedding dress of their dreams. Born out of my own frustration at the cost of a wedding dress for my own dress and the not so great service I received in a traditional store. I decided to create an online store with a personalised service for each and every individual bride that enquires about our replica gowns. I also want to keep costs to a minimum for my brides while not compromising on the quality of the gowns we sell. I managed to do this by spending hours researching reputable dressmakers, quality fabrics and embellishments and putting together a team to bring all this to you the bride.

Dresses take approximately 6 - 12 weeks to be made. This is longer than you will find in other online stores as our dresses are of an extremely high quality and delicate hand- beading and embellishments take time. The dress will reach you approximately 7 workings days after you receive notification that your dress is ready.

Delivery Australia wide is Free. If you are ordering internatinally please email me for a quote. We have sent dresses all over and prices are very reasonable.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We consider your satisfaction to be our highest priority and are committed to delivering the highest quality product to you. Therefore we have refund policy as detailed below.
ALL deposits (50%) are non refunable
1)Clients must contact us within 48hrs after receiving the gown to advise us of any concerns they have in regards to workmanship.
2) The dress must then be returned to us within 7 days of us being notified.
3) Where there is time a replacement dress will be ordered at no extra charge to the customer if the concerns cannot be rectified.
4) If there is still concerns with the gown or not sufficient time to rectify the concerns we will offer a 50% refund(For FAULTY garments only)
5) CANCELLTIONS - If you cancel your order after construction of your gown has started you will lose your 50% deposit or 50% of the total amount if you have paid in full. This is to cover materials and labour costs.
This guarantee does not apply to products damaged, altered or used ('used') meaning worn for any lengthy period of time above and beyond that required to try on the item) after receipt of the item or otherwise not in original condition (this includes smelling of cigarette smoke and perfume or any other houseshold odour such as pets and cooking).
NB: Measurements are your responsibility. The dress goes through strict quality control before being sent to you. This means all bust, hip and waist measurements are checked twice here before being sent. Alterations are your responsibility as are any associated costs. Please measure carefully or have a professional do them for you.
I will not accept a refund or return because the client has decided that the style they have chosen does not suit them. To avoid this happening I recommend trying on some gowns in a traditional store so you know what style suits you best.
